Where are you?

We're located upstairs in Kestrel House, 7 Mill Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8BE

Do I have to book?

You DO NOT need to book for our regular opening but it is recommended if you want to ensure you have a table when you arrive. The booking fee will be deducted from your cover charge on the day. You DO need to book if you intend to come to one of our crafting or gaming events or if you are signing your child up for our After School or Holiday Clubs.

What age is this for?

All Ages! Our library of over 150 games caters for young kids from 3 and up! Our After School Club is for school kids aged 9+ only.

Do you have food & drinks?

Yes we do! We have a selection of hot and cold drinks available as well as a small selection of snack foods and sometimes even cake. We do not serve alcohol.

What are your payment options?

We're a card only venue

What is your dog policy?

Well behaved dogs are very welcome!

Can I bring my baby?

Yes please! We even have a little play area for little ones. However, we wouldn't recommend bringing push chairs as we are upstairs.

Do you do private events?

We sure do! From birthday parties to corporate events and more. Tabletop games are super versatile so we have something to fit all sorts of groups! You can even hire us for your wedding! Check out our Private Events page and contact us for more info

How does it work?

Monday to Friday during term time we operate as an After School Club meaning only kids between the ages of 9-17 can join us for some afternoon gaming. Parents/Guardians/Carers do not need to come with their child as long as the child is already booked on and actually booking is essential for our ASC.

What accreditations do you have?

All staff working at the After School Club are DBS checked and First Aid trained. Your child's safety is of upmost importance to us.

My child is not the listed age for the activity.

We have a strict rule of 9+ for our After School Club because of certain laws. For our Holiday Clubs, the ages listed are often more of a suggestion than a hard rule, depending on the activity. We would advise you to message us if your child is interested in one of the Holiday Club activities but they are not the listed age and we can advise you whether or not it's appropriate for them.

Can I come with my child?

Parents/Guardians/Carers are welcome to join their child at After School Club but will need to book themselves a place too. We do not allow adults in who are not accompanied by a child.
